• The Company was incorporated on 08th April, 1992 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai vide Registration No. 066262. A Special Resolution was passed on 13th February, 1996 by the Members to convert the Private Limited Company into a Public Limited Company, and the Certificate of Change of Name was obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra.
• The Company is engaged in trading and investments in shares, stocks, securities and properties and extends short term loans to corporates and firms / high net worth individuals. The business inter-alia includes exporting, importing, storing, supplying, purchasing, selling, bartering, exchanging, distributing and otherwise dealing in all kinds of goods, commodities, merchandise, produce, things and shares on ready or forward basis, and investing in and dealing with stocks, shares, bonds, debenture-stock, mortgages and obligations.
• The authorised capital of the Company is ₹17,50,00,000 divided into 3,50,00,000 equity shares of face value of ₹5 each. The paid-up equity share capital is ₹15,10,87,000 comprising 3,02,17,400 equity shares of ₹5 each fully paid up. The equity shares are listed on BSE Limited (scrip code 542332), are infrequently traded, and the ISIN is INE302R01024.
